Bellwether Industries

bellwether industries is a company founded in london in 2019 aiming to provide a new vision and solutions for urban air mobility through comprehensive ways of development. we believe people deserve to live and transport better in cities. there are three major directions of development we find fundamental to the industry - urban aircraft, visualised air transport system, and urban infrastructure. we started with inventing a new category of vehicles called ‘volar’. a volar is an urban aircraft having a hidden ducted propulsion system with a compact profile and minimal environmental damage. the expansion of a system from the vehicle to the city scale is leading the way to proper urban mobility for the future. we started as a group of enthusiastic and ambitious designers and engineers from royal college of art and imperial college london who wanted to change the transportation industry and bring a positive impact to the world since 2017. making citizens able to live on a second city sur
