beltway information technology, inc. is a technology services and staffing company that is headquartered in the chantilly, virginia area. we have being doing business in the greater washington dc metro area for the past five years. bit is a full-service systems, technology and outsourcing firm and we also provide staffing solutions with the consultants and employees we have working with us on a full-time basis. bit has provided services to large fortune 500 and other large and medium-sized companies and has maintained good relationships with the hiring, project and program managers at those institutions. in addition, bit has either been put on the approved vendor list directly with those companies, or works in tandem with other approved vendors on a joint-venture or profit-sharing basis. bit is on a short track to obtain the official status of being a woman-owned and section 8a company. as such, we will be able to work with many other government and quasi-government agencies and bid fo
