7 missions of the blbc 1. strengthen co-operation through investment, commercial and cultural exchanges between belgium, luxembourg & latvia; 2. share to society the culture and traditions of belgium, luxembourg and latvia, in an exchange of opinions between its representatives; 3. support to belgian luxembourgian entrepreneurs wishing to set up a business in latvia; 4. create a forum where entrepreneurs of the two countries can meet each other and exchange ideas; 5. take part in public events if necessary for the execution of the above mentioned mission; 6. organize seminars and presentations of a mutual interest to our members and stakeholders; 7. promote the creative industry and its networks in belgium, luxembourg and latvia.
