Bench to Bedside Biomedical Network (Formerly Dba "A Day in the Life of Medicine"​)

sponsored by sanofi canada (key industry partner), 3m, shaw communications, perfectmind and academic partners (namely, mcgill university faculty of medicine), the bench to bedside biomedical network for youth (formerly an arm of a day in the life of medicine) aims to empower youth to fearlessly pursue studies and careers in the biomedical sciences. to this end, our three-pronged mission seeks to: 1. engage youth in opportunities in which they can experience professional biomedical careers; 2. educate youth about the synergetic relationship between biomedical research (“bench”) and patient care (“bedside”); and 3. inspire youth by connecting them with current biomedical professionals and fellow like-minded youth. we are able to carry out our mission because of the generous and continued support of our sponsors.
