Bend Like Bamboo

i was diagnosed with ms in 2004 when i was 24 years old. in 2009 i had an attack that paralysed me. at the time the doctors gave me a 50% chance of ever walking again, but i was determined to beat those odds. with the help of doctors, a kinesiologist and physiotherapists i stunned them all, by not just walking agin, but running. this led me on a path of study and research. i now have a diploma in sports kinesiology. i discovered that we need to provide our body with the right environment to repair and thrive again. kinesiology looks at the muscles and helps us treat the body as a whole. this is now my 6th year of no disease progression and many of my symptoms have actually begun to reverse. the secret was not only eating the right food, detoxing the body, but also detoxing the mind. i truly believe that how you think and feel is a mirror image of your reality around you and also what happens inside of your body. your psychology becomes your biology. our conscious part of the brain only
