the bend your knees foundation is a non-profit organization established to raise awareness against pediatric brain tumors and cancer. this foundation was created in collins' honor and we will pursue this mission in his loving memory and honor of all children battling brain tumors and cancer. collins dixon lived fully while battling a rare and aggressive cancerous brain tumor. his faith, strength and courage inspired those who loved him and even those that didn’t know him. please join us in honoring his life while bringing awareness to a disease that accounts for 60% of death in our precious children. let’s extinguish the words “no known cure”. collins never gave up on his faith. as his body grew weaker, his faith grew stronger and he showed us how to finish strong! join us july 11th, 2015 in canton ga for the 4th annual collins dixon bend your knees 5k and 1 mile fun run and help raise awareness and money for kids with brain tumors and let's all give back and finish strong! for more in
