based in mobile alabama; we are a full service brokerage offering products and services in insurance, accounting and human resources. we offer many of these for businesses (20+ ee's) or for individuals. we are currently expanding with more lead sources than we can use. we are hiring professional individuals to help us build teams of agents across the us. we help insurance agents reach their true value and independence in the insurance market. we do this with a very large product portfolio, amazing training, and 7 proven lead sources that our agents love! highest contracts in the industry! we give many trips and bonuses out to our independent agents all the time! you are not required to recruit! there are no production requirements! however, each agent gets the percentage difference between their contract, and someone they hire below them. so if you are a "tl" at a 85% contract rate and you hire someone at the 60% level, you get a 25% override on their production! where else can you get
