i have worked for 25 years in people oriented roles for major companies and overseas. during this time i have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills to help individuals, companies and organisations enhance their work life. in the last 15 years i have worked in business development roles and managed various client portfolios. my clients were employees of national australia bank as well as small business owners. my primary role was to set strategy, drive sales, coach, mentor and educate clients and staff and deliver financial results. to be successful in these roles i have been able to develop sound interpersonal skills and i now coach and mentor individuals and small business owners on how to build effective relationships. i have also continued my education with post graduate studies in business psychology and applied positive psychology. my intrinsic motivation comes from helping people improve their life which starts with reviewing the individual’s wellbeing which strongly corr
