we provide psychotherapy and counselling to people who may be struggling with their mental health. we help support people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, low confidence, low self worth. anger management is also addressed. we help people who are struggling with relationships be it work or personal. mental health is so important and if it isn't looked after and managed it can impact hugely on peoples physical health and well being. people can self refer, eap's accepted and insurance company. we also work with companies who would like to refer directly. adoption issues is another area tat we can help support you with.
