Benjamin E. Hamilton

benjamin e. hamilton is a retired state trooper who regularly indulges in regimented exercise programs at home to stay in shape. has received over 60 awards for powerlifting competitions that occurred all up and down the eastern coast of the u.s.a. over 25 years. benjamin is an avid gardener who likes spending time outside in the yard, whether grooming the lawn, planting vegetables, or trimming the shrubs. he spends a lot of his time caring for his lovely wife, who is recovering from a stroke, but somehow finds time for himself. he is grateful for still having a sound mind and body that enables him to accomplish most things in life. currently, mr. hamilton is writing his new book, “an unvarnished life,” this book shows in chronological order how a person continually uses a backup plan to survive life’s surprises. it depicts how anything and everything can happen, good or bad, during life’s journey showing the need to be prepared for any unpredictable occasion, whatever that may be. th
