our foundation is a revolutionary non-profit public interest law firm organized as a 501(c)(3) public charity. in the non-partisan, omni-ideological, inventive and pragmatic spirit of benjamin franklin, the foundation's volunteer attorneys, professionals and staff use all of the resources of the latest technology and professional and business organizational techniques pursuing its nationwide objectives: helping veterans prepare and resolve disability claims before the department of veteran's affairs; assisting individuals and businesses who cannot otherwise afford such representation, and who are threatened or injured by arbitrary abuse of position or power; advising, counseling, educating, consulting and assisting public interest and private lawyers, individuals, institutions, businesses and governments in providing assistance to those seeking the american dream of "liberty and justice for all".
