benori ventures llp is a firm that incubates, accelerates and invests in start-ups in india. we are interested in those start-ups that solve india-centric problems for millions of people. what excites us? the problem that is being solved must be one that affects a large number of indians. this could be in the areas of education, food/agri, healthcare or any other sector. we are not concerned whether there is a role model/successful company in the developed world that has already proven that the concept works in some other country and by implication would work in india also. fundamentally, we want the model to be effective in india. what is a turn-off? technologies or ideas that only make the rich people richer or try and figure out whether a selfie taken from the left side makes one look better than the one taken from the right side. if you have an idea and think you can make it big, please reach out to us.
