sustainable business is built on the tree pillars of people, planet and profit. to be long term sustainable any business need to be profitable not least via working smart with social and environmental improvements. sustainability is too often seen just as “something we have to do at a high cost”. i know that by integrating sustainability as a core part of business we’ll not only improve the social and environmental performance but also strengthen the profitability and brand position. this bridge is what i focus on in the assignments i now take on!
