bocs exists to nurture the well-being and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of persons affected by hiv/aids through compassionate health care and social services. dental clinic devoted exclusively to hiv/aids dentistry ours is the only clinic of its kind in southeast texas. clients receive: emergency care; basic oral hygiene; treatment of lesions, ulcers and gum disease; dentures and other services. omega house provides respite and end-of-life care in a safe and loving home-like environment where people with hiv who are in the late stages of life live their final days with dignity and in peace. our 8 bed facility offers medical supervision, nursing care, pain and symptom management as well as emotional support and assistance with daily activities. omega house is often the only option for end-of-life care for many who have nowhere else to turn and who might otherwise be forced to spend their final days in a much more expensive county hospital or tax-supported facility. d
