we are a property management and grounds maintenance company. legally, we are a company limited by guarantee, with no share holders & social as well as financial objectives. our objectives are to provide sustainable employment and training for local people, to improve the quality of housing services provided to the community and to enhance the local environment in and around our village. we do this by providing housing management services under contract to soha housing for their 320 general needs properties in berinsfield, and by providing grounds maintenance and other services to local housing associations, parish councils and homeowners across oxfordshire.
