bertrand chaffee hospital provides essential health care services for residents in southern erie, northern cattaraugus and wyoming counties. for more than 70 years, we have provided quality medical services to a rural population. we established a primary care center in 2010 in response to community demand, and a heart center in 2012 that provides cardiology and vascular diagnoses and treatments. our outpatient services include a 24/7 emergency department, lab, physical therapy/rehabilitation services, imaging (ct, mri, x-ray, ultrasound, bone density, nuclear medicine and mammography), and ambulatory surgery. we have an inpatient medical floor and a hospitalist program. we are connected to the jennie b. richmond nursing home, a short-term rehab and long-term nursing facility. bch is proud to keep healthcare local and to be an anchor for healthcare services for our neighbors.
