i provide coaching and consulting to clients who want to achieve their goals. while i coach people on a variety of topics, my primary focus is strategizing and providing clients with the tools to improve their job performance and search and acquire their dream job. i developed my skills at resume writing, job search preparation and interview skills through my succesful career at a competitive government agency and then in private industry. i am also passionnate about helping people with health and wellness coaching. eighteen years ago, i was in an accident that almost ended my life. i was in the hospital for 3 months and had to re-learn to walk. after this experience, i came to value my health and started on a path to learn more about health and wellness. i began to make small improvements gradually over time and am now in the best shape of my life.
