they say that if you get lost in what you are doing; that everything else disappears and you are "in the moment", then you are truly doing what you are meant to do. this is how i feel when i am with my clients. i am totally and completely with them, empowering, teaching and helping them to be the best version of themselves. to feel and move well. to feel strong and empowered to move into good health and to move into ageing well. i believe that every day is an opportunity to learn, grow and empower both myself and others to live their most optimal, healthy life. as a passionate coach i have delved into thousands of hours of further education in order to grow my knowledge and use my experience to best serve my clients. i love to learn new things and believe knowledge is power. not power over people, but power to age well. being a post menopausal woman who has lived through major lifestyle changes i have a special interest and knowledge in women's specific health and training
