my philosophy - the universe is always conspiring in our favor. i believe in the transformative power of coaching to affect not only the individuals i work with, but everyone they interact with, from employees to families. my approach is a hybrid, working at the intersection of executive coaching, practical application, and purpose awareness. i ask the tough questions that both challenge and enrich a soul in everyday life. the leaders i work with come from a variety of industries - medicine, nonprofit, banking, professional services, and government, for example. the common thread is they're human first; and this is true for all of us. we are not our titles or the industries/organizations we serve. so, no matter the 'client's problem' it will always come down to something personal because we lead with our humanness, not our titles.
