i never intended to be a photographer. but, as soon as i started to get a grasp on nursing, i realized i needed something from/for my right brain and needed it quickly. yep, documenting life and creating art...i'm officially addicted. i now think that smelly dumpster in the alley could be beautiful somehow. sam is my husband, assistant, second shooter, reflector holder and lightstand guy. he knows how to do everything. he always takes the brownies out of the oven at the exact right moment, too. if i could tag him you might see: grillmaster, greenthumb, technologywizard, socialnetworkguru, handsome, italian, wonderful. shadow is our black lab and also assists with this operation. although, she'd probably be more inclined to run, sleep or swim. as a newly trained therapy dog, she's super sweet and sensitive. her favorite squeaky toy is an oversized eggplant which accompanies us on long walks. so, the three of us, in our spare time, we like to be serious dorks at home, take lots of road t
