a family practice urgent care facility. we see lacerations, infections, physicals, flu shots, x-rays, lab, sore throats, wellness visits, workmans comp.we are a walk-in clinic who see's patients from 9a-8p on weekdays and 10a-6p on saturdays and 12-6 on sundays. we also take appointments. we take self-pay patients and also take most major insurance. dr. smith is the owner and main provider of this company and has served in northside hospitals er for 10 years and is emergency medicine board certified.
