Better Because of You

i see the potential. do you? everyday, i come across more people who are struggling to find their place in the world. some haven’t been able to apply their strengths to their day-to-day tasks, which makes life harder than it has to be. some aren’t leveraging their best talents on the job, and their work and productivity are suffering because of it. some can’t find the big and meaningful contribution they have to give, so they feel unfulfilled. whatever the issue, i always ask them these three questions: * what is better because of you? * what do you want to be better because of you? * and what tends to make you better?
