we aim to offer curriculum based programs in schools, community centers or shelters to meet the need of children and adolescents. we aim to bring to each child knowledge on proper nutrition through the introduction and continued education of my plate and through partnering with local farms and like-minded organizations. assessment and research based practices and evaluations to better meet the needs of those we are to serve. offer education and advocacy on exercise and partnering to bring more resources to our youth for a healthier tomorrow. we operate under the belief that when a child or adolescent has proper nutrition and movement they benefit mentally and emotionally thus raising their self-esteem and lowering self -harm, obesity, bullying or self-injurious behavior.
