i offer hatha yoga classes in the vinyasa style as well as meditation "how-to" classes and facial exercise classes. private sessions available. my training is through yogafit® and i have completed the 200 hour “registered yoga teacher” curriculum through their program. i am also an american council on exercise (ace®) certified personal trainer, as well as certified in levels 1-3 through oshune reiki®. i offer modifications for all levels in a safe, non-competitive environment and strive to communicate the yogafit® essence: "breathing, feeling, listening to the body, letting go of competition, judgment, and expectations. staying present in the moment.”
