at better home we strive to be the better way to improve your home with a renovated bathroom or replacement windows and doors. at better home, we truly care about being…better. we continuously strive to be a company where our team members wake up inspired, feel secure and valued in their roles and at the end of their days are fulfilled by the work they do. we have found creating a better environment through positivity and empowerment creates a happier team who therefore are eager to always do the next right thing for our customers. how do we do this? we have book clubs, we bbq, we share stories, we laugh, sometimes we dance, and we work to make our community a better place, together. one way we strive to better our community is with the better home foundation, a 501(c)3 (pending irs determination). for each window or door we install we will contribute $10, and $50 for each bath or shower we sell. these funds, along with the paid volunteer hours of our team will go towards trul
