kelsey anderson, ma, ladc, lpcc is the founder of better mental health. she specializes in working with teens and young adults to help them address; self-esteem, self-efficacy, addiction, relationship conflicts, and emotional regulation difficulties. she also has experience in working with adults to help them address; addiction, relationship building, increasing communication skills, chemical use and behavioral concerns with their children, as well as helping them find balance in their own lives. she works with families to address any conflictual family dynamics. in an effort to allow you to access therapy in a way that fits with your schedule we offer traditional face-to-face therapy sessions in our office in princeton, minnesota as well as online through a video tele-counseling portal on our website.
