Better Today App

better today was created by two members of generation z who have seen the impact of anxiety-induced panic attacks on their peers. anxiety drives people down an endless cycle of cynical self-criticism and ruins lives. the problem is excessively detrimental when a recent survey by the american psychological association finds that 91% of generation z report that they're "stressed out". some 54% of generation z say they feel nervous and stressed out due to anxiety. in fact, anxiety is so prevalent that during a bonding event organized by the founders' school, more than half of all students report anxiety-induced panic attacks. we decided to create an app that relieves anxiety attacks in order to do our part in our generation's fight against anxiety.
