as an organization we are striving to create jobs & produce quality caregivers that are compassionate, focused, and engaged in working with children. our goal is to educate those who are interested in the field of caregiving so that they are more equipped to serve our communities and families. tbtc will also provide affordable care and other resources to help pay for childcare through community events and scholarships. brittany phillips founder & executive director brittany phillips is a msw graduate from spalding university. she currently serves youth and families through case management and has dedicated her entire working career directly working and serving youth and families. her goal is to achieve racial equality and emphasize decreasing disparities within minorities within the community! brittany also has a background in teaching and childcare. she has been a childcare teacher, nanny, and babysitter since 2012. working with children is her passion and her main goal is to keep c
