we aim to spread awareness of mental wellbeing. in the uk, there are an unprecedented number of people who are struggling with their mental wellbeing and feeling unhappy with their lives. when we feel sad, depressed, stressed or anxious, we often make unhealthy choices. here, we aim to help each other create positive connections - both in our minds and with each other so that we feel more positive emotions and therefore, begin to make healthier choices - improving our own lives and the lives of those around us.  we provide the information for people to create their own positive habits and improve their mental wellbeing, whilst sharing their journey with others. we are not mental health professionals, we have collated information from reputable sources and added some of our own thoughts too from our experiences. feel free to take as much or as little of the information provided as you would like - not everything will work for everyone.
