Better Journey

better journey is an engagement platform that enables human services providers to streamline information delivery and achieve broader impact in the communities they serve. we are initially targeting refugee/immigrant service providers. there are over 65 million displaced people in the world which works out to 1 displaced person per every 112 humans on earth. the global capacity to meet this demand and effectively integrate these populations into their new host communities is severely strained. our mission is to leverage technology to scale the capacity and capabilities of the front line providers: the ngos and the government agencies who's serve these populations. we leverage ai and chatbots to deliver high-touch empathic conversations via facebook messenger. through the better journey platform, ngos can create customized “journeys” or action plans for their clients, send automated targeted messaging to guide client through that journey, and assess a clients well-being and progress
