it often happens that people are unable to resolve an issue between themselves. usually because of a breakdown in communication, lack of specific knowledge (e.g. legal), the high cost of expert help (e.g. lawyer/mediator) or because of uncertainty on who to speak to or whether the issue can be resolved. i started betternegotiated to remedy the above through the provision of an accessible, affordable, flexible and non-intimidating alternative to inaction or to expensive alternatives like legal assistance, litigation, arbitration or mediation.
