Bewegung & Lebenskunst

bewegung & lebenskunst (moving & art of living) is based upon systems and concepts in the eastern/asian as well as the western/european culture. martial arts like aikido, iaido, or karate and health systems like yoga or feldenkrais and spiritual ways like zen-buddhism build the spectrum. we would like to support people at any stage of their life cycle to grow and to exploit those possibilities which are incorprated in their bodies. the body comes first and mind and spirit follow! but the spirit influences the body, too. and this is finally our practice. starting with breathing, stretching, concentrating, experimenting with alternatives, building up experiences for ever more complex experiments we develop also our brain, thinking, and mind.
