beyondbuild is the platform for the digitization of the real estate industry in order to meet the increasingly complex requirements of digital change. the technology holding company emerged from the proptech activities of bauwens digital, a subsidiary of the bauwens group, and currently comprises five portfolio companies, including market leaders such as spaceos, ogulo and sensorberg. we connect leading real estate companies with entrepreneurs and founders to redefine how we deal with real estate. to reach this, two to three new proptech companies are built up per year along the entire property value chain. beyondbuild not only provides the necessary resources for this, but also supports the founding teams with first-class access to leading real estate companies and experts.
