beyoutiful you fit is a wellness studio focused on whole body fitness and training. our bodies experience wellness best when they are in harmony: grounded, active, and mobile. we assist individuals to set wellness goals and embrace the growth that occurs as they strive towards achieving them. believing each person is an individual we can create a personal journey to a lifestyle of health and wellness. we have integrated wellness services including massage, athletic therapy and nutrition counseling to provide convenient, integrated, quality services such as relaxation, pain management and rehabilitation services. our personal trainers are committed to supporting clients requiring mindful services by attending seminars to build their skills in life coaching and actively seeking to expand the mindful services we can provide. our long term goal is to develop an integrated wellness facility, where people, especially women, can access all the resources necessary for health in one facility. w
