since 1992, bfs associates been known as one of the elite accounting/finance and human resources placement firms serving eastern new england. recently we have also formalized a specialty practice focusing on placement of supply chain professionals. we find candidates almost exclusively by referral from trusted sources, resulting in an interview-to-placement ratio unmatched in the industry. our competition relies heavily on internet job sites to obtain candidates. in stark contrast, we draw upon our vast network to identify the "passive"​ job seekers whom other recruiters and human resources staff rarely encounter.
