we are affiliated with the alabama soccer association. our club philosophy at bcfc academy is to train and develop a player 360° to be the best footballer and person they can be. we focus on teaching each player the technical, tactical, physical, social and psychological parts of the game. we expect for each of our coaches and directors to demonstrate skill, tactical awareness, confidence, determination, sportsmanship, team play, character development, professionalism, and academic excellence. the lessons learned at the academy level will serve our athletes for their entire lives. our curriculum is designed to challenge each player in a competitive but fun environment. our coaches have been instructed to make sure that every player meets the objective to ensure that each player stays on the path to optimize their abilities. you can expect for each coach to sit down with you and the player to discuss the overall performance at the end of each season. each player should receive a plan o
