bharat vidyalaya karadi is situated in the coastal area of the navsari district. 1919, after the jallianwala massacre, mahatma gandhiji announced the boycott of government-run schools and colleges. thousands left schools and decided to join the struggle for independence. in 1921, the people of karadi decided to establish the rashtriya shala (school) in order to break away from the british-run schools. subsequently, in 1930, our school became a base for the freedom fighters. fast forward to the year 2000, when we realized that the condition of our school buildings had deteriorated and the standard of education had become poor. to enhance both of these, karadi sangathan mandal uk embarked on a project to rebuild the school and to install an international and up-to-date standard of education. today, the objective of the bharat vidyalaya school is to provide our children from the surrounding poor areas the opportunity to receive an international standard education, and in turn, make them
