bi-state primary care association is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that represents the 29 community health centers, with 128 locations, in new hampshire and vermont. the health centers provide integrated primary medical, oral and behavioral health care, including treatment for substance misuse. bi-state promotes access to high quality, affordable primary health care with a special emphasis on reaching medically underserved populations. bi-state primary care association was founded as a 501(c)3 charitable organization in 1986 with offices in bow, new hampshire and montpelier, vermont.
