vision: enabling young women to compete and succeed in life. mission: to define the career path and skill sets young women need to succeed in their endeavors and develop them through seminars, networking and mentorship programs. all the while, building responsible community leaders with a high moral standard. philosophy: we believe there are two things that a parent should give their children – love and choices. at big, we nurture the young women in our society to make them strong, independent, leaders in the community. we do not replace formal education nor parental guidance, we supplement with college and career differentiating skills with the end in mind. thus, giving them choices in their life.
