hi, my name is brad willard. some folks call me by other names, mostly good ones like "b-dub" and "big dog". i've been fixing and upgrading computers for friends and family for around 15 years, teaching myself as i encountered different scenarios. (((edited for content length - get the whole story on the website))) in 2008, i signed up for classes at signal learning center in mishawaka, indiana, to earn a couple certifications, thus starting the process of growing my knowledge-base and skill-set beyond "self-taught" status. in february 2009, i completed testing to achieve two microsoft® certifications: microsoft certified professional (mcp) and microsoft certified desktop support technician (mcdst) the former distinguishing me as an information technology professional and the latter certifying me as being fully capable of troubleshooting and solving any pc troubles you might have, whether they be hardware, cabling, networking (wired or wireless) or microsoft-software-related. big dog p
