Big Island Maille

big island maille is a family owned and operated jewelry business located on the hawaiian gold coast in kailua kona. all of the items we sell, both chain maille jewelry and chain maille fashion; are made by hand by rob and pat yates. many of the nuts and seeds used in our creations like the mgambo are hand gathered and prepared by us. the glass, clay, bone and metal pendants that are incorporated into our designs are either made by us in our home overlooking kailua bay, or by other local craftsman right here on the big island that we have developed working relationships with. to us here at big island maille, local means local! and the quality and island pride shows.
