big pans people are a professional mobile paella catering company, covering all types of public and private events within a 75 mile radius of bedford, uk. specialising in paella, and having learned our craft in rural parts of spain, using traditional recipes and we cook all of our dishes on site so your guests can see how these mouth-watering dishes are created. our friendly staff are always ready and willing to chat with people and answer any paella-related questions whilst cooking! all of our dishes are by default gluten free. we offer a choice between seafood paella, chicken and chorizo paella, chicken, chorizo and prawn 'combo' paella and also offer a fantastically mouth-watering vegetarian (vegan) option. in addition we can provide rustic bread and andalusian salad if required. we can cater for between 50 - 300 people in a single serving at an event, or more if your event runs across the course of a day and you would prefer two or even three serving windows. 50 people (minimu
