bill houston concrete construction, inc. was established by bill and linda houston in 1978. as we proved our quality of workmanship, the company grew and was eventually incorporated in 1983. david houston joined in 1994, and was made partner 10 years later as he began to take over operations. in recent years, bill and linda have retired, and david is now the owner and president of the company. debbie elrod, office manager, has been an invaluable asset to the company since 1995. holly houston heads up our accounting department, and together she and debbie help keep operations running like a well oiled machine. mason houston joined the team after graduating from sam houston state in 2016, and coordinates field operations in addition to heading up the marketing aspect of bhcc. bhcc specializes in industrial and commercial construction projects. some of these projects include, but are not limited to: new concrete construction, lay down yards, stabilized and non stabilized base work, sit
