Billings Wellbeing Institute

the institute is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation with the sole purpose of benefiting the residents of the greater billings-area community by promoting overall wellbeing through education, self-assessment programs, and the implementation of initiatives, strategies and motivational techniques. the institute will offer billings residents insight into destructive behavioral patterns; then, offer techniques to make incremental positive changes in behavior and decision-making that could progress to dramatic improvements in individual, family, business, organizational and community wellbeing. the institute’s wellbeing initiative is an ambitious publicly-endorsed project that is intended to inspire billings’ residents to improve their health and happiness. to achieve this goal, individuals, families, businesses, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and the public sector are being asked to unite in this community-focused effort to make billings the nation's leading city in wellbeing,
