Bim4ren Project

we are an eu-funded project dedicated to the development of easy-to-use bim tools and technologies to drive building renovation for energy efficiency. in a context where in the eu the construction industry is responsible for approximately 40% of final energy consumption, also generating 36% of greenhouse gases in europe, the bim4ren project seeks to provide an answer by developing easy-to-use building information modeling (bim) tools and services in the field of energy renovation of existing buildings. the fact that digital transformation is taking place at a slow pace in the european construction industry means a huge gap between theoretical digital opportunities and the realities of on-site construction. at bim4ren we know that more energy-efficient buildings require innovative or adapted methods and tools for construction professionals, especially smes, and efficient and also collaborative processes throughout the construction value chain. for this reason, our project "tools and t
