combining engineering training with business fundamentals, illinois’ master of engineering (m.eng.) in bioengineering is an intensive, one-year, on-campus degree program designed for industry-bound professionals who seek to advance their technical breadth and depth in fields related to bioengineering. with three transcriptable concentrations to choose from in bioinstrumentation, computational genomics and general bioengineering, graduates will be equipped with hard-core technical skills and “big picture” business perceptive – trained to find creative solutions to complex, multi-level systems problems. it is offered both as a full-time, on-campus program as well as a part-time online program
