we are sure that you will have an enriching and enjoyable experience here in our facility. biomechanix is staffed with nsca certified strength and conditioning specialists (cscs), who are considered to be among the highest level of trainers in the industry. each candidate must possess a bachelor degree in kinesiology or exercise physiology prior to taking the examination, and only 40% of the candidates pass. as a former nyc based sports medicine and fitness industry veteran, my vision is to offer a one-on-one training center with a higher caliber of standards, by implementing the american college of sports medicine (acsm) guidelines for exercise testing and prescription, and the national strength and conditioning association’s (nsca) guidelines for strength training. we perform comprehensive fitness evaluations to create structurally sound fitness programs, and teach our clients proper lifting mechanics. here at biomechanix, we put an emphasis on proper lifting technique, hence our nam
