a) bioverda resources: is completing many acquisitions, also identifying and acquiring producing or near production projects for natural wet gas & oil, also in mineral assets ex. gold, tungsten, lithium, etc. in different regions of québec, canada, united states and internationally (mou’s have already been issued). b) preparing for 2016-2017, the starting of the pre production of 1 lithium, 2 gold 1 tungsten mine projects and the acquisition of machinery to start the pre-production of these projects, in nova scotia and quebec, canada. c) preparing for 2016-2017, the preliminary work of the discovery of oil & natural wet gas projects and the acquisition of drilling machinery to start the pre production of theses projects, in quebec, canada.
