biowizard was created august 1, 2005 to address vital, yet unmet, needs in the biomedical research community. biomedical information is growing at an exponential rate and there is currently limited means for life scientists to stay abreast of their rapidly expanding landscape and to communicate efficiently amongst themselves. in response to these needs, biowizard developed several unique tools and functionalities to increase the accessibility and dissemination of information related to the life sciences as exemplified by biowizard’s motto “research made simple”. biowizard was sold in december 2010 to calance international - a specialist it services provider for health & life sciences industries and financial services.
