unique event facility nestled in a class a office park in the quad cities (davenport ia), just miles from interstate i-74 & i-80 with close, ample parking in a natural "park-like" setting. we offer a variety of spaces for your events which features three large rooms with modular furniture, allowing for flexible configurations that can accommodate 40-120 people. six additional rooms are available for smaller audiences of 6-10 people. all rentals are inclusive of state-of-the art audio / visual technology including projectors, screens, touch pad controls, microphones, whiteboards, confidence monitors and wireless internet access welcoming hybrid events which combine in-person and virtual attendees.
